- Kaoji International General Services Co. is a Limited Partnership legally registered under Philippine laws and duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to recruit and dispatch Filipino technical intern trainees, skilled workers, engineers and other professionals for overseas employment.
KAOJI specializes in the recruitment and dispatching of Filipino workers to Japan which requires an increasing number of foreign workers due to its aging population, the preparations for its hosting of the 2020 Olympic Games and the need to fully rehabilitate areas of the Tohoku region destroyed by the Great East Japan earthquake on March 11,2011.
